The patch 9.1 PTR is bringing a lot of changes to Shadowlands, along with the inclusion of new Text to Speech (TTS) accessibility options! Although it seems that many of the features aren't functioning just yet, the UI includes a variety of text to speech options for specific message channels, multiple voice options, and other options. For example, players can enable TTS for only raid leaders and control the speed at which messages are read.
