Tank Threat Buffed by 15% In Latest Hotfix

Tank threat was just buffed by 15% on live servers!

Many players have been complaining about threat issues in raid (tanks pulling off each other) and in Mythic+ (DPS pulling off Tanks) and a hotfix has been applied to live servers which will hopefully address the issue!
