If you have not recently changed your talents, the cost is now 1 silver to re-spec. This is temporary for the Beta only. After your first talent reset, the subsequent cost will be much higher, but it will drop to 1 silver after 1 hour has passed.
During the hour-long cooldown, the next price for respeccing goes up to five gold, so make sure you don't need to respec again within the hour!
This will only last for Beta, so test out different talent combinations now - once the game fully launches, expect prices to return to their normal levels.
