It is currently unknown why this name was chosen - Rae'shalare isn't a known word in high elf lexicon, and the name is vastly different from Thas'dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners, Alleria's bow. There is also currently no flavor text of any sort on the bow, but this could be added in future builds.
