In the interview, Ion Hazzikostas has stated that he wouldn't expect all of the TCG Mounts to show up back from drops. However, these TCG items were always promotional items and the recent promotion are old items becoming available to players who weren't around back then or who didn't have TCG available in their regions, as that didn't feel fair.
