Swapping Weapons to Trigger the Bugged Gilded of the Undermine Achievement

Having recently highlighted the buggy nature of the Gilded of the Undermine achievement, additional testing has discovered the true cause of the issue, as well as a deceptively simple solution!

Sending upgrade after upgrade and still no achievement, despite having one of the highest item levels in the game.

Two-handed Weapons aren't Counted Properly
Simply put, weapon item levels do not appear to be counted properly for purposes of the achievement.
