There is a current live Fireside Chat (interview) between MrGM and Game Director Ion Hazzikostas. In this, Ion Hazzikostas explains that the stat squish will happen on both item levels and players damage. Item Levels will go down to the hundreds (100s) and player damage numbers will be reduced down to the hundreds (100s) or thousands (1,000s). This will take place in the Midnight Pre-Patch.
