The Spreading the Light World Event takes place in Hallowfall and requires a level 80 character and Renown 3 from the Hallowfall Arathi to unlock. This World Event is always available! Players can fly to Light's Blooming, begin killing enemies, and loot Radiant Remnant which can be used to light Keyflames.
