Though already confirmed that there will be no cloak drops to compete with the Reshii Wraps in The War Within Season 3, players will still be able to discover new cosmetics to cover their backside!

Clearly arcane related, the shape is also oddly reminiscent of the Eye of the Kirin Tor, which may suggest common origins.

The Soulbinder's Nethermantle is a unique cosmetic raid cloak dropped by the coincidentally named Soulbinder Naazindhri, third boss in the upcoming Patch 11.2 raid.
