Getting to Silvermoon City
For the introduction questline of Midnight, you will be teleported to the Isle of Quel'Danas, and from there, you will get to Silvermoon.
Once the introduction is done, the fastest way of getting to Silvermoon will be by using their portals in the Portal Rooms in Stormwind and Orgrimmar. Both portal rooms are getting some portal placements rearranged in Midnight:
The Silvermoon portal in Orgrimmar will stay in its original location as the first portal to your left when entering the main level of the Portal Room.
For the Stormwind room, the Silvermoon portal is replacing the Boralus portal on the far left of the front portion of the portal room. The Boralus portal is being moved to the back portion of the Portal Room.
In Silvermoon, both portals to Stormwind and Orgrimmar are maintained inside a room at the Bazaar area, at the central area of Silvermoon.
You're also able to fly to Silvermoon all the way from the Eastern Plaguelands - The Thalassian Pass area is still there, with no loading screens this time around!
The small instance portal on the side is used to access the Burning Crusade version of Quel'Thalas.
Horde vs. Alliance in Silvermoon
As stated in multiple sources, although Silvermoon is the central hub for Midnight, it is still very much a Horde capital. As such, not all of Silvermoon is open to Alliance characters.
The entire eastern area of the revamped Silvermoon, including the Walk of Elders, Royal Exchange, and Court of the Sun areas are off-limits to Alliance characters. The alpha map is still a work in progress, but we've outlined which parts of Silvermoon are Horde-only:
Now, Alliance characters can enter the area, but... it usually doesn't end well for them, including getting PvP flagged and a whipping from the guards.

The Bazaar
The Bazaar area is located in the central area of Silvermoon and serves as the area players will spend the most time on. It contains most of the amenities players want to look for, such as the Auction House, Bank, portals, profession trainer and tables, the Delver's Headquarters and more. It's also the main hub for the Silvermoon Court, the first Renown faction players will encounter in Midnight.
