Shaman Talent Tree Updates on War Within Beta

It's finally here Shamans! The Shaman talent tree updates have been hotfixed onto the War Within Beta.

This looks unfinished and it looks like some of the new talents are missing from spell data.

 Earth Shock, Elemental Blast, and Earthquake have a 25% chance to refund all Maelstrom spent.
