We're recapping everything that was added and changed in the seventh PTR update for Chains of Domination, Patch 9.1 build 38872. This past week's build include the Tormented Mythic+ seasonal Affix, a unique effect for the Sylvanas raid dagger, the final covenant legendary, and confirmed hard modes for Tazavesh, the Veiled Market!
