Purchasing the Fathom Dweller
The Fathom Dweller mount can only be purchased after you complete the secret to unlock the Kosumoth, the Hungering world quest, with any character in your account. This includes non-Timerunner characters unlocking it in the past.
After unlocking the secret, the Fathom Dweller will be available for sale for 0 Bronze from Hemet Nesingwary XVII.
What is the Fathom Dweller
Fathom Dweller is a mount added in Legion. Outside of Remix, this mount is a reward from the World Quest DANGER: Kosumoth the Hungering. Note that the mount is only rewarded a couple of times a year from the world quest; the usual reward is the pet Hungering Claw. To see the world quest in the Broken Isles, you must unlock it by completing the Kosumoth Secret.
Unlocking the Fathom Dweler
To unlock the mount in the vendor, you must complete its original secret, the Kosumoth, the Hungering secret.

Secret Steps
Starting
Talk to Drak'thul in the Broken Shore until he tells you to go away. Afterwards, loot the Weathered Relic.
The relic is located in a small cave hidden beneath some rocks. At the end of the short cave, you will see some giant ribcage bones. At the right-most bone, you will see a mound of mud. Loot this mound to obtain the Weathered Relic.
Drak'thul's Location
Relic Cavern
After looting the relic, return to Drak'thul. He will have new dialogue options. Talk to him through all his dialogue options, until he once again tells you to go away. Afterwards, you must click on the 10 orbs in the order listed below.
First Orb
Located in a small cave hidden inside bushes in Azsuna.

Located in a cave between Suramar and Stormheim. Inside the cave you'll find the banshee Kangaxx.

Fourth Orb
The fourth orb is located in an underwater cave, in a fatigue zone. The orb is located in a small tent inside the cave.

Fifth Orb
The fifth orb is located inside a cave hidden between some mana crystals and withered trees at 59,37, 13.13 in Azsuna. The orb is located inside a round dome at the back of the cave.
Fifth Orb
Sixth Orb
The sixth orb is located in an underwater cave at 67.4, 14.7 at the main Broken Isles map, to the north of Shield's Rest in Stormheim. This cave entrance is under an impaled Toothless Great White, and the orb is at the middle of the islet inside the cave. The orb is surrounded by steam vents that will heavily damage you if you get hit.
Sixth Orb

The seventh orb is located inside a cave hidden between bushes at 55.84, 38.47 in Highmountain. Although there is a cave there, don't be fooled, the cave where the orb is located is hidden between some bushes to the side. Inside the cave, the orb is located inside one of the skulls to the side.

Eighth Orb
The eighth orb is located inside a cave hidden beneath several trees and bushes at 54.02, 26.18 in Azsuna. The orb is hidden under a shrub at the back of the cave.
Eighth Orb
Ninth Orb
The ninth orb is located inside an underwater cave hidden beneath a shipwreck at 79.52, 89.31 in the outdoor zone version of Eye of Azshara. This is the trickiest cavern, and it is highly advised to have an item or spell that gives you underwater breathing.
At the location, you will find a shipwreck - enter from the bottom of the shipwreck (Pic 1). Once inside the shipwreck, look up and enter at the location indicated in (Pic 2). Afterward, just follow the indicators in the other pics (Pic 3, Pic 4, Pic 5) until you find the cave entrance hidden behind some seaweed (Pic 6).
Inside the cave, the orb will be at the water to the right side, between some stalagmites.

The tenth and final orb is located right where we began the puzzle, at Drak'thul's Encampment, at 37.45 71.64 in Broken Shore. Simply click the orb located at the table in Drak'thul's camp.
