Season of Mastery PTR Build 42065 Updated for All Blackwing Lair Encounters

Blizzard has shared a Blue Post, asking for feedback from the community for the updated encounters in Blackwing Lair. The first round of changes were previously covered, as well as some new spell IDs in the latest update.

The Season of Mastery 1.14.2 PTR is open for testing the entirety of Blackwing Lair.

Please reply to this thread with your thoughts about anything you encounter, from Razorgore to Nefarian.
