One of the sewer grates in Undermine, specifically the one next to the Sidestreet Sluice delve in the Vatworks, houses a unique object - A Sewer Cheese on top of one of the sealed barrels on the back portion of the sewer grate room. Picking it up gives you the buff Cheesed to Meet You? for one minute. The cheese can be given to a nearby Hungry Rat beside the sewer grate's exit. The rat will then thank you, giving you a Tarnished Undermine Real.
