Blizzard has announced that PvP Honor System Ranks will be capped during each phase. Players will not be able to get Rank 9 until the first few weeks of level 60. Lastly, Rank 14 will be locked until the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj is released. This is a significant change from Classic 2019 and Season of Mastery, where Rank 14 was obtainable during Blackwing Lair.
