Ulria's Tier Set DPS Estimate Spreadsheet
Based on community theorycrafting and Simulationcraft profiles, Ulria has made similar tier set bonus spreadsheets over the last few seasons, helping players and their groups determine how much power is gained by transitioning from Season 2 to Season 3 tier sets. There are a few caveats, as they use common profiles for each, so it does not necessarily account for specific talent changes going from one season's set to another, but it should create a good idea of how much power players are expected to gain.
