Scarlet Enclave Tier Token Vendor Disabled While Blizzard Works on Issue – Season of Discovery

Blizzard has announced that the Scarlet Enclave Tier Token vendor in Light's Hope, Bryon Steelblade, has been disabled while they work to solve an issue.

The regular tier token vendor in Light’s Hope Chapel is still available.

I completed the weekly quest. I can no longer talk to Bryon Steelblade to be able to complete the chalice + gear turn in.
