With today's reset, Blizzard has implemented the first 5% player buff in the Scarlet Enclave raid in Season of Discovery. The Resilience of the Dawn increases every player-character's health, healing done, and damage dealt by 5% within the Scarlet Enclave raid. This buff will continue to increase by an additional 5% every two weeks until it reaches a cap of 25%.
