In the previous 9.1 PTR build, we datamined a unique bow dropped by Sylvanas Windrunner in the Sanctum of Domination raid which replaced a Hunter's Kill Shot with Wailing Arrow. As of today's build, that effect has been changed to a standalone ability, granting Hunters a completely new attack. Thanks to Moofzy and the Trueshot Lodge Discord for quickly spotting the changes!
