Sanctum of Domination Legs Do Not Have a Domination Socket But Can Activate Set Bonuses

Yesterday, Blizzard announced that additional Sanctum of Domination pieces will be able to activate Shards of Domination set bonuses. There has been some confusion about the updated system, and we've been able to confirm that raid Legs will NOT have a Domination Socket, but will be able to activate set bonuses.
