Blizzard added a product to the Battle.net app for Rumble development back in February, but originally, it only had versions listed for mobile platforms. However, in an update today, a new version was added, with its platform listed as Windows.

Rumble on Windows? New Tech Test and Battle.Net Catalog Update
Today a new Technical Test has appeared for Warcraft Rumble on the the Battle.net app! While testing for future versions is not unheard of, this one is unique in that it is a Windows test rather than mobile, implying Rumble will soon come to PC.
