Rewards for Jailer’s Gauntlet in Torghast Changed in 9.2 PTR Build 41276
The new Jailer's Gauntlet (Boss Rush) mode for Torghast has seen some changes to the layer rewards in PTR Patch 41276. Two rewards have been moved from completing one layer down to a lower layer:

The battle pet reward Lightless Tormentor has been moved from Layer 2 to Layer 1.
The toy Dominated Hearthstone is listed as both a reward for Layer 2 and Layer 4, which is obviously an error. Likely this is a reward for Layer 2.
