Revival Catalyst Quest Located at Great Vault

In a nice Quality of Life feature, the Revival Catalyst quest can be picked up at the Great Vault and doesn't require you to fly to the Catalyst.

This account-wide quest requires you to complete activities to earn your Weekly Creation Catalyst charge. Reminder that last week, Blizzard nerfed the World Boss quest to 20% (was 50%) on the first kill, so now you need more characters.
