Reviewing How jeweled Signet of Melandrus Works – Ring Increasing Ability Damage
In a review of the ring's mechanics done by SimulationCraft developer Kojiyama, they noticed that the supposedly auto-attack ring from Court of Stars, Jeweled Signet of Melandrus, is currently increasing damage from abilities and effects that scale with weapon damage.
