Respec Costs Drastically Reduced in Patch 1.1.1 – Diablo 4
During their July 2023 Campfire Chat Livestream, Blizzard announced that they will be reducing respec costs by 40% across the board.

Currently, a full respec of the Skill Tree costs 4,358,642 Gold and a respec of the entire Paragon Board system costs 8,846,325 Gold at Level 100. The 40% respec cost reduction coming with Patch 1.1.1 will bring the values down to the following:
