Recuperate has no cooldown and plays a nice animation over the course of its channel, despawning upon moving.

Recuperate to Take a Breather – New Spell to Regain Health on All Classes in Patch 11.1.7
The Patch 11.1.7 PTR servers are now available, and we've already found a few surprises. Recuperate is a new spell in the General Tab of all characters, which spends a little bit of time to build a campfire, cook some food, and regain health while out of combat!
