A quality of life addition added in Patch 11.0.7 includes two new Ethereal NPCs that will restore any Legendary items you might have lost to time!

Purveyor of Lost Legendaries - Legendary Restore Vendors
Two new vendors were added in Patch 11.0.7 - Seeker Najed and Seeker Ke'rath. These vendors were added as a way to recover legendaries you might have lost over the years, possibly by deleting them.

Each legendary on the vendor costs to repurchase.
