In their latest blog post, Blizzard announced a "new PvE End-Game Co-Op Activity" coming to Diablo 4 with Vessel of Hatred, which will be released on October 8. As expected, Blizzard's announcement that Raids will be a thing in Diablo 4 remains quite vague about four months before the expansion launch.
