Primordial Stone Gems are now available for testing on the Dragonflight Patch 10.0.7 PTR. Discovered in last week's build, Primordial Stones are a new customizable set of gems obtainable in the upcoming patch, which add a new layer of customization and player power. As of right now, there does not appear to be a vendor selling these stones, but they can be slotted and used on the test realm.
