Potential Profession Specialization Respec Coming in Patch 11.0.7 – Profession Stat Rebalancing

Blizzard's development notes for the Patch 11.0.7 PTR hint that professions may be getting a new specialization respec option that would allow players to refund and respend their knowledge points.

There doesn't appear to be any indication of this profession respec feature on PTR realms currently, but this has been highly requested since the profession revamp in Dragonflight.
