Player Housing Overview
Update: With Player Housing disabled, the ability to learn new decor has also been disabled. You'll need to hold onto those items until Player Housing has been re-enabled.
During our routine testing with realms offline to deploy the new patch, we discovered a critical bug in Housing that would cause unacceptable errors for some players.
Fixing this bug is a top priority for us, and while we work on it, we’ve decided to open realms on patch 12.0.5 with Housing and Neighborhoods disabled in this region (The Americas and Oceania).
Once we have a fix developed and tested, we will perform an additional brief maintenance in this region to bring Housing back online for everyone.
