There is a new world buff available in Season of Discovery Phase 8, and getting the buff itself is done in the cutest way possible thanks to a new pup! Pupper is located in the new zone, New Avalon, and can be found hanging out in a dog house next to the New Avalon Inn, right around /way 94.9, 79.4.
