Zereth Mortis has a zone-wide quest, Patterns Within Patterns, that works similarly to the Korthia weekly quest Shaping Fate - Complete quests, kill rares, loot treasures to fill the objective bar. This is an important quest to complete, as it gives 500 Reputation with The Enlightened, a sizable amount of Cyphers of the First Ones, Cosmic Flux and other things.

Inside this palace of grotesquerie, the devious Professor Putricide taunts foolhardy raiders to face the Scourge’s most twisted and abominable experiments.
