Patch 9.2 PTR Trinket Tuning Hotfixes for February 18th – Phial of Putrefaction, Blood Spattered Scale

Some additional trinket tuning hotfixes have been applied to the 9.2 PTR nerfing the popular trinkets Phial of Putrefaction and Blood Spattered Scale.

Phial of Putrefaction Nerfed

Phial of Putrefaction, one of the premier melee DPS trinkets has been nerfed on the Patch 9.2 PTR by 15%.

  Every 5 sec, your next melee ability applies Liquefying Ooze, dealing * 10 * (1 + Versatility)] Nature damage over 30 sec. Liquefying Ooze stacks up to 3 times. Stacking does not refresh the duration.
