Patch 9.2 PTR Development Notes for February 8th – Feral 4pc Tier Set Bonus Damage Nerf

Blizzard has updated their 9.2 PTR Patch Notes with changes for February 8th, including reducing damage done to the Feral 4pc bonus by 65%.
