This Patch 9.1 PTR build contains some Mythic+ boss tuning! With the removal of Prideful, some of the most powerful bosses have gotten nerfed including Hakkar and Dealer Xy'exa.

Arcane Lightning   Dealer Xy'exa infuses a player with unstable Arcane energy that inflicts 19791649 Arcane Damage and applies one stack of Arcane Vulnerability every 3 sec for 9 sec. Every 9 sec Arcane Lightning arcs to the next closest player.
