Patch 9.1 PTR Build 38950 Class and Spell Changes – Demon Hunter Talent Tuning

It's time for the class and spell changes for 9.1 PTR build 38950 which includes Demon Hunter talent tuning and additional runecarving crafting slots for several legendaries, helping deconflict Shards of Domination socket items from the upcoming Sanctum of Domination raid.

Highlights

Death Knight Necrotic Wounds now heals a max of 5% health.

Demon Hunter Netherwalk duration increased from 5 to 6 seconds, Soul Rending baseline leech buffed while meta leech nerfed.
