This section includes tuning changes to all dungeon or boss abilities that are listed in the dungeon journal.
NEW Cries of Anguish issue forth from the Soul Cages and any Loose Souls.
Victims within 5 yards of their impact take 16497 Shadow damage and are knocked back.
The impact leaves a zone of Anguish that will inflict 6186 Shadow damage every second.
