Quests
As the description says, The Labyrinth of Kindo'Jan is a series of weekly quests that ultimately rewards two Myth armor pieces, much like the seasonal PvP introduction questline. We don't know exactly what these pieces will be yet, but it should be a compelling reward for non-raiders.

Transmog
While unlikely to be the extent of new armor models in Patch 12.1.5, we've datamined a very handsome helm, shoulder, and cape mini-set perfect for trolls and channeling their tribal spirits.
We've also datamined a tusked Amani-themed backpiece in several colors, though the style is a bit different, so it's not quite clear if it will be related to the labyrinth or not.
Toys
There are also several new toys, each of which is available from the Labyrinth. While most can simply be found within the megadelve, Loa-Blessed Victory stands out as a reward for defeating the titular final boss and our new nemesis: Kindo'jan!

Finally, there are a whole lot of new achievements to discover, awarding several titles and a Loa-Blessed Wayfarer mount!
Completionists will have a lot to look forward to, particularly those interested in a longer piece of content by finishing all nine chambers in one run.

Reward: Title: Maze Runner
These achievements allow players to showcase their mastery over the Labyrinth, including a Hall of Fame-style achievement only available during the first week of Patch 12.1.5!
NEW Defeat Kindo'Jan in the Labyrinth on Tier 11 without any other players in your party during Midnight Season 2.
Reward: Loa-Blessed Wayfarer
NEW Defeat Kindo'jan in his Labyrinth on Tier 11 without any other players in your party, before the first reset following his introduction.
Reward: Title: Fabled Vanquisher of Kindo'jan
NEW Defeat Kindo'jan in his Labyrinth without loosing any lives on Tier 11 after completing all 9 chambers without any other players in your party during Midnight Season 2.
Reward: Title: Lone Raider
Most of these should be completed naturally over the course of exploring the Labyrinth.
