Blizzard has released updated development notes for the Patch 11.1.7 PTR which includes increased difficulty of all Timewalking, Overcharged Delves, and the new Titan Disc Belt.

Patch 11.1.7: Legacy of Arathor Overview

The Legacy of Arathor PTR has been updated with the following changes:

OVERCHARGED DELVES

Overcharged Delve quests and the new customizable Titan Disc Belt are available for testing.
