Patch 10.2 PTR Class Changes Hotfixes – Assassination Rogue Buffs

Blizzard has applied some class change hotfixes to the 10.2 PTR which includes Assassination Rogue buffs.

 Using Mutilate on a target afflicted by your Rupture and Deadly Poison applies Caustic Spatter for 10 sec. Limit 1.
Caustic Spatter causes 35%45% of your Poison damage dealt to splash onto other nearby enemies, reduced beyond 5 targets.
