 Scourge Strike causes your disease damage to occur 100% more quickly for 510 sec.

Class ToolsHavocTalentsVengeanceTalents

PvP Talents (1)

 Consume Magic now affects all enemies within 8 yards of the target and grants 5% Leech for 5 sec.generates a Lesser Soul Fragment. Each effect consumed has a 5% chance to upgrade to a Greater Soul.
