Patch 10.1 Mythic+ Tuning Hotfixes – Massive Boss Nerfs and Neltharus

Mythic+ tuning hotfixes have returned after a hiatus with massive nerfs to difficult bosses and huge nerfs to Neltharus.

Thanks to Dorovon for helping parse some of these hotfixes.

Immature Venom Sac no longer works in Mythic+ dungeons or raids.

Gash Frenzy periodic damage reduced by 25%.
