On the Patch 10.0.7 PTR, some hotfixes have made tuning changes to Retribution Paladin ahead of the upcoming Patch!

Specialization (1)

 Throws a fiery ball that causes (90.33% of Spell power) Fire damage.
Looking For Raid: Cast Time changed from None to Instant
Normal: Cast Time changed from None to Instant

Class ToolsHolyTalentsProtectionTalentsRetributionTalents

Specialization (2)

 Stamina increased by 50%.35%.
