Paladin Class Tuning Hotfixes on the War Within Beta for August 1st

Some hotfixes were applied to the War With Beta today which has some minor tuning changes to Paladins.

Paladin

Lightforged Blessing / Lightforged Blessing now heals 2 nearby allies (was 4)

All Blessing of the Seasons are no longer on the GCD
