Outlaw Rogue Buffed Again in Weekly Tuning

Blizzard has amended their tuning notes going live with the Weekly Reset on May 5th, increasing the compensation buff Outlaw is getting. The Trickster hero talent Cloud Cover received a rework in patch 12.0.5, making it an incredible potent talent for both Subtlety and Outlaw.

With the nerf to the talent, Outlaw was originally slated to received a 5% buff as a compensation for the nerf, which would not have come close to offsetting the nerf, leaving outlaw roughly 5-6% worse than before. Blizzard has taken the step to correct this now, increasing the compensation buff to 9% instead, bringing the total tuning close to equal.

I’ve updated the OP to reflect this additional change:

Rogue

Outlaw

All damage increased by 5% 9%. Does not affect PvP combat.

Trickster: Cloud Cover primary and secondary duration reduced to 6 seconds (was 10 seconds).

Trickster: Cloud Cover now causes Fazed to stack 1 additional time (was 2).

Trickster: No Scruples crit chance bonus increased to 12% (was 10%).

Trickster: Additional stacks of Fazed granted by Cloud Cover no longer increase the magnitude of secondary effects, such as the damage reduction from the Smoke talent.
