Blizzard has updated the Patch 9.1.5 PTR development notes with information on Legion Timewalking Mage Tower Testing, making the Available in Eight Colors achievement account-wide, and a major buff to the Timebound Ruminations!

Previously granting 5,000 experience per use, the Timebound Ruminations now instantly raise a follower to level 30.
