November 16th Hotfixes – Rogue Legendaries & Highmountain Tauren Necklace Customization
Blizzard has updated the Shadowlands hotfix blog to account for the 17th anniversary drop changes, and address a couple of Rogue legendary power bugs. Additionally, female Highmountain Tauren characters will now be able to change necklace customizations in the barbershop.
