new vendor sets price cap on high-end reagents
The new NPC, Mister Graphed, located in Powderfuse Port in the Riverglades, can sell players some of the most expensive crafting materials in WoW Classic with no limit on any of them. Items like Black Lotus and Arcane Crystals have been given a price of from this vendor. This looks to be done to counter price gouging of these crafting materials, as we've seen in Classic 2019 and on the Anniversary servers.
These aren't the only materials offered from this vendor, however. The first page of his inventory shows a list of what appears to be new crafting materials like Fel Crystal and Stranglevine, which indicates that these mats could also have been incredibly expensive without this vendor price capping them. Miners on the beta have already seen Pyrite, which on the beta only sells for 1 Silver, whereas the vendor sells them for 5 Gold. This is likely done so as not to crash the prices for Miners who organically obtain these, similar to the other materials on here, such as Pristine Leather and Frilled Lichen.
Along with that, this vendor also sells Gift of Galloping for 150 gold, a temporary 10% mount speed increase consumable, lasting 15 days "real time". This consumable also stacks with other mount speed increase bonuses, such as the iconic trinket Carrot on a Stick. Players can make their way directly to Powderfuse Port by taking the boat from Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris.
